F.A.Q.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Do you accept insurance?

We do not currently accept insurance for appointments. However, your insurance may still cover eligible medications. Appointment fees are paid directly to us, allowing us to provide more time, personalized attention, and a level of care tailored specifically to your needs.

  • Do you accept Medicare/Medicaid insurance?

No. Due to current legislation, we are unable to deliver care to patients covered by Medicare or Medicaid (even if it is secondary). It is your responsability to inform our practice beforehand if that is your case.

  • What states do you serve?

Dr. Antunes is currently licensed to see patients physically located in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Louisiana, Pennsylvania, Washington, Wisconsin. State licensure is required for telehealth, so you must be in one of these 9 states at the time of your visit. We update this list as our licensure expands.

  • What is the monthly membership?

$115 for an initial 60-minute consult, followed by $109/month, with unlimited visits per month. Membership includes direct access, personalized follow-up, and individualized treatment plans.

  • Is there an option without membership?

Yes — à la carte visits are available at $115 for 30 minutes or $240 for 60 minutes, and the “Targeted sick visit” 15-minute consultation is $59.

  • What’s the membership cancellation policy?

Current patients have priority. Membership requires a 30-day written cancellation notice. Memberships cannot be paused. Discontinued members rejoin through the waitlist.
